custom tile pre-order ! offered quarterly, available 6/11-6/22

pre-orders for custom rowhome tiles happens four times a year so I can focus on groupings of tile : )  Each tile is hand etched by me with the sgraffito method.  Here are the details!

• Tiles are made from a brown clay and measure roughly .25" thick, 1.5" wide, and 2.75" tall
• Choose between 2 colors (blue/white glossy or brown/off white matte)
• Choose between 2 strong magnets on the back or an embedded loop hook for easy wall hanging
• Upon purchasing this listing, I'll email you within 1-2 business days to get your custom order started.  When you're ready you can share a reference photo or 2 of the home you'd like etched plus any important details such as kitties in the windows, plants on the sidewalk, heart in window, etc.  Please take a look at the listing photos to see what is possible for me to etch at this small scale.
• Once I've received your photos/detail requests I'll confirm via email with you.  A few weeks later I'll reach out again to confirm the ETA/pick up/shipping. 
  
• If you paid for shipping you'll get a tracking # once I create the shipping label (this happens at the end of the production cycle when I'm packaging work for USPS)
• Custom tile takes time, roughly 6-8 weeks.  This production timeline is sometimes expedited depending on where your order finds me in the current making cycle.
• Each tile comes in a paper jewelry box, tied with a bow, ready for gifting!
• Baltimore locals are welcome to pick up their orders at market.  Enter code 'localpickup' at check out to skip the shipping costs <3
• Custom tile is one of a kind, made with love, and non-refundable!
